Voice of Greece time slot change

The WRSU program directors have created a new show schedule which will begin tomorrow February 9, 2009 at 1:00AM.

The Voice of Greece radio show on WRSU will be moved from its usual Sunday 2pm-3pm time slot to 1pm-2pm time slot on Sundays.

If you have any comments on the schedule (you like or dislike) voice your opinion; send emails to the WRSU program director pd@wrsu.org and share your thoughts.

Because of sporting events, the Voice of Greece radio show will return on February 22, 2009 at its new time slot of 1pm-2pm on Sundays.

Voice of Greece Intro/Outro music

The intro music for the Voice of Greece is Ah Ellada s'agapw(Αχ Ελλάδα Σ' Αγαπώ) by Nikos Papazoglou



The outro music is Ena to helidoni(Ένα το χελιδόνι) by Grigoris Bithikotsis and Mikis Theodorakis. The song is based the Nobel winning poem of Odysseas Elytis.

Week of the People

On Sunday August 3, 2008 - WRSU-FM's world music shows will be participating in Franklin's event the "Week of the People". It will be held at Naaman Williams Park in Somerset, New Jersey.

The Voice of Greece will broadcast live from Naaman Williams Park from 2pm-3pm, so come out and say hello.
